Can insoles improve my squat form and help me lift more weight?
Asked 14 days ago
Hello, I have been struggling to perfect my squat form and increase the amount of weight I can lift due to knee pain from flat feet. I have heard about insoles being used to improve form and reduce the risk of injury, but I am not sure if this will result in me lifting more weight. Thanks in advance to anyone that can share their experiences or advice.

Custom insoles will help support the arches of your feet while you partake in your exercise activities, improving the alignment of the ankles and the rest of your joints in your legs. With the improved alignment, the stress placed onto the knee joint will be reduced and should alleviate the pain you are experiencing.
