What kind of orthotics are recommended for healthcare workers?

Asked a year ago

Hello lovely people! I'm a nurse, so I'm always running around like a headless chicken. I spend hours upon hours on my feet, standing and walking across the entire hospital. Unfortunately, this means I suffer from a lot of foot pain. Sometimes even my ankles are painful. I was hoping someone could recommend some good orthotics I could purchase. Any advice?

You want to be getting an insole that is lightweight, comfortable, and supports your feet adequately. It should also be designed to withstand the pressure of being on your feet for long. Upstep's On My Feet All Day come highly recommended in this regard.
