Can wearing Crocs worsen my plantar fasciitis?
Asked 2 years ago
Does anyone know if wearing Crocs can make plantar fasciitis worse? They feel very comfortable but I know they don't have much structure to them. Could this be a problem if you suffer from plantar fasciitis?

Crocs are our favorite shoes because they slip on easily without laces or straps, gently cradle our tired feet, and can be worn anywhere from the beach to the grocery store.
However, we are all aware that the things we enjoy are not always good for us. It's crucial to keep in mind that not all crocs are the same. Some can help relieve pain in your heels, while others can aggravate your plantar fasciitis.
The correct pair of crocs can provide easy-on, easy-off casual footwear that supports your injured arch and cushions painful heels. There’s still hope if your beloved pair of crocs lacks arch support or padding. Simply add a pair of Heel Seat Wraps or Custom Orthotics, and you can keep wearing your favorite crocs without worrying about aggravating your heel discomfort!
