What are some quick pain relief fixes or exercises I can perform for Morton's Neuroma?
Asked a year ago
I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my foot lately and I suspect it might be Morton's Neuroma. I'm looking for some quick pain relief fixes or exercises that I can perform to alleviate the discomfort. I don't want to rely on medication or surgery if I can help it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Wear shoes with adequate room across the ball of the foot and in the toe. Arch supports and foot pads such as metatarsal pads fit inside your shoe and help reduce pressure on the nerve.
Perform these exercises: Plantar Fascia stretch, Wall stretch, Towel Scrunch, Single Foot Balance, and Toe Raise Balance Exercises.
