Which insole is suitable for playing football on hot artificial grass?

Hi guys! I am a football player who trains on an artificial grass turf three times a week. Since it is Spring now, I am looking to invest in a new insole that is suitable to wear on the artificial grass turf which is starting to get very hot. Does anybody have recommendations for a comfort insole which is thick and padded? Thanks!
